HOUSTON, June 6, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- On June 12, a Texas lakefront mansion once asking $5 million will be sold to the highest bidder - regardless of the high bid price. Miami-based auction house Platinum Luxury Auctions, a firm specializing in the non-distressed auction sale of multimillion-dollar homes, was hired by the owners of the Lake Conroe property to sell it in a luxury auction® without reserve.
Bidding will occur live and in real-time, with the auction being held on the property site next Wednesday evening. Anyone wishing to attend the luxury auction and bid on the home must formally register with Platinum by 5pm CT on June 11. The auction house is working with listing agent Ashley Myers of Fairwater Real Estate for the sale.
